Nonrefundable Booking Fee Agreement Effective Date: 3-21-25 To secure your appointment, we require a nonrefundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. Please read and agree to the following policy before proceeding with your booking. Booking Fee Details: A nonrefundable booking fee of $30 is required to confirm your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of service. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, your booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled at least 48 hours before your original appointment. No-shows or cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee. A new booking fee will be required for future appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Agreement: By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this nonrefundable booking fee policy. You understand that failure to comply with the rescheduling and cancellation terms will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
